Polo driver charged with DUI after crash in Ogle County

POLO, Ill. (WTVO) — Nathan Hudson, 33, of Polo, was faces DUI charges after police were called to a crash scene Monday night.

According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 16000 block of West Milledgeville Road around 7:35 p.m., where Hudson reportedly crashed, but was uninjured.

He was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Hudson was taken to the Ogle County Jail and later released with a notice to appear at a future court date.
