According to the Philadelphia Police Department, the assault happened on March 20, 2025, around 11:30 a.m., on the 200 block of E. Salaignac St. in Wissahickon, Northwest Philadelphia.
Police say the suspect also asked the victim to get into his car, which he had parked on the block. The vehicle is described as a white SUV, possibly a 2018 KIA Sorento, with an unknown tag.
The suspect is described as a man between 35 and 40 years old. He was last seen wearing a gray and black checkered hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants with a white emblem on the left leg, and black and white sneakers.
