Nice weather continues with another front expected next week

A nice weekend continues across Acadiana with temperatures in the upper 70s this afternoon under mostly sunny skies. Readings tonight will dip into the mid-50s under clear skies.

For tomorrow, southwesterly winds will return, which will bring in warmer air once again. Highs tomorrow will reach the lower 80s under mostly sunny skies.

Warmer temperatures on Monday with highs in the low-mid 80s. Another front will move through the area on Tuesday. Behind it, cooler air will once again move into the region. Highs Tuesday and Wednesday will be in the upper 70s with a morning start in the lower 50s Wednesday morning!

A slow and steady warming trend anticipated through the weekend with temperatures rising back into the low-mid 80s by the next weekend.
