CLINTON, Wis. (WTVO) — Rock County Deputies arrested Zachary Cervantes on charges of domestic violence after a standoff on Saturday.
At 4 a.m., officers were called to the 9700 block of East State Line Road for reports of a domestic disturbance. The victim left the house, but Cervantes was still inside, according to authorities.
Deputies attempted to contact the suspect multiple times, but he did not answer.

SWAT and negotiation teams were called, and Cervantes eventually surrendered.
Cervantes is charged with disorderly conduct with a domestic violence enhancer, battery with a domestic violence enhancer, strangulation and suffocation with a domestic violence enhancer and violating parole.
