New Orleans police report second Bourbon Street bomb scare in two weeks

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Police say they were investigating another bomb scare on Bourbon Street in the evening hours of Friday, April 11.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, around 7:34 p.m., a suspect allegedly called in and reported bombs placed in the 600 block of Bourbon Street

Police say they checked the area and found “no signs of anything” on the scene.

This is the second Bourbon Street bomb scare reported in two weeks
