Prytania Theater hosting exclusive airdrop experience for new horror flick, ‘Drop’

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)—On Friday, the Prytania Theater at Canal Place will host an exclusive horror experience for the screening of the new movie, “DROP” produced by Blumhouse Productions.

Audiences will be instructed to turn on their phone’s airdrop capabilities, sit back and become part of an immersive pre-movie event where attendees can expect threats, demands, and ominous memes to be air dropped to their phone.

Only seven movie theaters in the county will have this unique movie experience.
