CPSO said Timothy Ouzts, 45, was arrested on Wednesday, March 9, following the investigation led by Thomas Lites, which uncovered files containing child pornography at his home in the 8200 block of Ramblewood Drive. He is also accused of distributing the images.
Ouzts was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on one count of child pornography involving juveniles with distribution. The investigation is ongoing.
