Man arrested for alleged shooting in Shreveport

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — On Tuesday, officers arrested a U.S Air Force member for illegal use of a firearm.

On April 8, around 10 p.m., officers responded to a shots-fired call in the 7000 block of Fern Avenue.

Shreveport Police identified Aidan Yarcho as the suspect in the incident. They said, “Yarcho, who was reportedly extremely intoxicated, was captured on video firing a weapon.”

Officers say Yarcho was arrested and transported to the Shreveport City Jail, where he was booked on one count of Illegal Use of a Firearm.

Luckily, no one was hurt in either of these cases.

Shreveport Police notes the case remains under investigation.
