On Monday, April 7, at approximately 7:30 p.m., 78-year-old Rudolph Lucien of Alexandria surrendered to authorities in connection with the robbery that occurred Saturday, April 5, in the 1400 block of MacArthur Drive.
Lucien was arrested and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center on one count of armed robbery.
The investigation remains ongoing.
