For the fourth consecutive year, Charleston native Darius Rucker has teamed up with SRE Entertainment to put on the 2025 Riverfront Revival music festival at North Charleston’s Riverfront Park, which features what is easily their best lineup yet, in my humble opinion.
In addition to Darius performing, this year’s festival will local legend, Bill Murray & His Blood Brothers, along with performances by Riley Green, The Red Clay Strays, Whiskey Myers, Flatland Cavalry, Lukas Nelson, Dylan Marlowe, Kashus Culpepper, Brittney Spencer, Clay Street Unit, Neon Union, Austin Williams, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Warrick McZeke, Faith Schueler, Whiskey Run and Elizabeth Covington.
Truly a top tier lineup and some of my own favorite acts in the business right now.
The festival is slated for Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th, and Darius says this festival has been a longtime dream to bring to his hometown and celebrate the Lowcountry:
“My love for Charleston has influenced so much of my career. Riverfront Revival, which made my longtime dream of bringing a music festival to this community a reality, is a celebration of the Lowcountry that gets better every year.”
General ticket on-sale will take place this Friday, April 11th, and each ticket sold will once again give back philanthropically to the Charleston community, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Arts in Healing program at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and Just Be You, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering teens with confidence, self-love and self-compassion.
While this is certainly one of the “smaller” country festivals taking place this year, there really is no more perfect place to be in October than Charleston, South Carolina. It’s a beautiful town, and the Riverfront Park is absolutely gorgeous, located right on the water and the perfect place to host a music festival.
Plenty of the artists are on the road pretty much all year, but seeing them all in one place is a special opportunity, and if you live anywhere near Charleston, this is definitely something to put on the calendar.
Riley Green, one of the festival headliners in particular, will be on the road pretty much all summer, and if you can’t make it to the Riverfront Revival, check out his full list of tour dates below.
