City officials said the temporary street closures come as part of the public safety plan for the festival happening April 10 through April 13.
According to the city, the following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic:
The streets will re-open on Monday, April 14, around 7 a.m.
Additionally, water-filled barricades will be placed at different locations in the area.
