HAMMOND, La. (WGNO) — A man from Amite was arrested in Hammond on Monday, April 7, following a pornography involving juveniles investigation by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
According to the TPSO, the case began in March when investigators discovered that someone had allegedly been uploading pornography involving juveniles to social media.
TPSO officials said 28-year-old Dustin Stevenson was identified as a suspect in the case and subsequently taken into custody, along with several electronic devices.
Stevenson was booked on five counts of pornography involving juveniles and four unrelated outstanding warrants. TPSO investigators said more charges are possible as devices are seized and analyzed.
