ANDERSON, Ind. — A man is facing multiple charges after appearing to crash his vehicle into a sign at a Speedway Gas Station in Anderson Saturday night.
According to a police report filed by the Anderson Police Department, a 36-year-old Alexandria man is facing the following preliminary charges:
The report details how police were called around 5:54 p.m. to a Speedway Gas Station located at 1001 W. 53rd Street in response to a possible property damage incident involving a silver Chevy Equinox crashing into a Speedway sign.
FOX59/CBS4 obtained footage of the incident gathered from Hudson Tool Rental, a business located across the street from the gas station. That can be viewed below:
APD confirmed that the man was arrested on the scene a few hours later and booked into the Madison County Jail Saturday around 10:43 p.m. No other details were immediately available in the report.
