23-year-old Anthony T. Smith currently has an active arrest warrant for shooting an 18-year-old male twice in the chest at the Lonnie Young Playground (1100 East Chelten Avenue) on April 1 just before 6 p.m.
The male was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
