LACOMBE, La. (WGNO) — Two people were arrested after a gun and drug bust in the Lacombe area on Friday, April 4.

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies responded to a call of gunshots in the area near Lemieux Boulevard late Friday night.

At the scene, deputies then searched a home in the 61000 block of Lemieux Boulevard that they reportedly heard the gunshots coming from and allegedly recovered psilocybin mushrooms, THC wax, marijuana, scheduled and non-scheduled unprescribed pills, LSD, 11 guns and ammunition with one of the gins being reported as stolen.

After the search, STPSO deputies said they arrested 34-year-old Ian Hano and 36-year-old Stephanie Bonea in connection with the investigation.

Hano faces the following charges:

  • Illegal Use of Weapons
  • 11 counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
  • 11 counts of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of domestic abuse battery
  • 11 counts of possession of a firearm in the presence of narcotics
  • Illegal possession of stolen firearms
  • Four counts of possession with the intent to distribute schedule I
  • Two counts of possession of schedule II
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • 10 counts of possession with the intent to distribute legend drug
  • Possession with the intent to distribute schedule IV

Bonea faces the following charges:

  • 11 counts of possession of a firearm in the presence of narcotics
  • Illegal possession of stolen firearms
  • Four counts of possession with the intent to distribute schedule I
  • Two counts of possession of schedule II
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • 10 counts of possession with the intent to distribute legend drug
  • Possession with the intent to distribute schedule IV
