The Lombard Circle ramp to Northbound I-95 will close for two years starting Tuesday, April 8.
According to PennDOT, the ramp will be closed for “demolition of the existing concrete pier between the ramp and Columbus Boulevard, and for pier and foundation construction for the new $329 million I-95/CAP project to replace and improve the existing covered section of I-95 and improve multi-modal connections between Center City and the Delaware River waterfront.”
Drivers who use that ramp will be detoured to the northbound I-95 on-ramp at Summer Street.
