The second case involves a woman who is accused of using her Instagram account to distribute an explicit photo of the victim without their consent. SPD secured a warrant for Kaliyah Washington for nonconsensual disclosure of a private image after a court-authorized Meta warrant allowed them to confirm the account was Washington’s.
