SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Salt Lake City Police have released new information regarding Friday evening’s crash on South State St.

At around 6:50 p.m. on Friday, April 4, police received multiple calls about a crash at 1300 South State St. Officers responded and found a woman in her 30s on the ground with critical and “potentially life-threatening” injuries, according to a press release.

“There is no estimated time for when the road will reopen,” SLCPD stated.

The cause of this crash remains under investigation at this time.
