Woman reporting missing on Northwest Side

Luz “Lucy” Espinoza, 53, was last seen at around 11:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 4900 block of North Pulaski.

She only speaks Spanish and responds to “Lucy,” according to police.

Espinoza, 5’2″, 176 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair, suffers from schizophrenia and is missing her upper front teeth.
