“We’re introducing Shea Mac up here. So you get a whole stand of just mac and cheese,” said General Manager of Food and Beverage Ali Benick.
The whole organization, including its president, is extremely excited about the new additions.
“I’m personally most excited about the mac and cheese concept we have,” said President Zach Brockman. “How can you not love macaroni and cheese? Right?”
With the help of RS3, a company managed by two Texans, the new food options will strive to have that down south flavor while keeping the stateline in mind.
“The cheeses, we’re not using your typical cheese from the grocery store. We’re actually learning the cheese up here and how we can incorporate those flavors into the food as well,” said Benick. “We’ll be working with local distributors, working with local produce to really bring that Wisconsin in with us.”
