As previously reported, Kentucky State Police and the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office were attempting to locate Ruby after he allegedly fled on foot following a vehicle collision.
According to the Madisonville Police Department, a credible tip on Ruby’s whereabouts led to his arrest.
We’re told Ruby is also facing drug-related charges in addition to his outstanding warrants. It is said officers discovered “trafficking-level” quantities of illegal narcotics during his arrest.
