New Dalet Flex Updates Optimize Time To Value With Accelerated Deployment And Scalability

Dalet, a technology and service provider for media-rich organizations, has unveiled a new line of Dalet Flex Workflow Packages that enable customers to deploy preconfigured production, media supply chain, distribution and archiving workflows “with enterprise-grade efficiency from day one.”

Built on the cloud-native Dalet Flex platform, each workflow package is “fully customizable and seamlessly integrates with third-party technologies,” Dalet says. “Designed to work independently or as interconnected building blocks, these workflow packages enable organizations to scale and orchestrate end-to-end media operations — unlocking greater efficiency, automation, and innovation across the media ecosystem.”

Available immediately, every deployment includes the Dalet Flex Starter Pack, which provides the default configurations and core functions needed to begin managing content. This includes essential features like media ingest, support for growing files, and storage tiering management. From this package, customers can choose from several specific packs tailored to their unique needs. 

• Digital pack: Streamlined workflows for importing, editing, and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Production pack: Advanced production formats and workflows, including integration with Dalet Cut and NLEs, as well as streamlined review and approval processes.
• AI pack: Enrich content with AI-powered metadata tagging, video indexing, speech-to-text conversion, translation, and captioning.
• Extended Archive pack: Deep archive management, including hierarchical storage management.

This range of packages serves common best-practice workflow scenarios, from digital teams, to production and archive requirements. Built with the same powerful and flexible framework that Dalet Flex is known for, they serve as ready-to-go starting points, allowing customers to customize and expand as required to meet their specific requirements.
