KLFY) — Located in Scott, The Best Stop Supermarket is cooking up boudin balls, pepper jack wraps, cracklins, pork skins and more just in time for the Scott Boudin Festival.
Today on Acadiana Eats the team spoke with Damon Cormier, the manager, who shared how excited the supermarket is to be sharing delicious Cajun classics at the festival again this year.
“It’s going to be a great weekend, great music, family friendly atmosphere, it’s going to be great.” Cormier said.
Cormier then told KLFY 10 how honored the business is be part of the festivities and how they can not wait to serve their signature dishes like fried alligator and visit with boudin enthusiasts.
“Every year it gets bigger and bigger, and I want to thank the committee, The Boudin Festival committee and how we could not do it with out them.” Cormier said.
