The cookies sold as Lissa’s Fresh Baked Cookie Bites were recalled by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission on Friday after a “routine inspection” at a pot retailer, officials said in a release.
The cookies, including the Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chip cookies, were sold around Oregon beginning in November 2023. The OLCC sent notices to all the retailers stopping distribution and sale, and cautioned anyone who has them to get rid of them.

There have not been any “health-related complaints” about these edible cookies, the OLCC said.
The investigation into how the allergen was not listed on the packaging continues.
Authorities said the Label Number on the packaging is 1439, and they were produced by C&R Oregon Corporation or Green Box MFG LLC.
Anyone with concerns about this should call the Oregon Poison Center at 800.222.1222 or email the OLCC at olcc.recalls@oregon.gov
