Just before noon, Multnomah County Sheriff’s deputies and Gresham Fire Department crews responded to the Fairview park on reports of an unconscious child not breathing.
After performing CPR, the child was revived and taken to Randall Children’s Hospital in critical condition, officials said.
The incident is currently under investigation by the East County Major Crimes Team.
No further information, including the child’s current condition, has been released at this time.
