HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A Henderson woman initially charged with manslaughter, is facing a murder charge following the death of her boyfriend.
Lauren Jarvis, 36, was arrested in March after authorities said her boyfriend pressured her to shoot at him. She was reportedly supposed to shoot at a bulletproof vest he was wearing but missed.
During a preliminary hearing last week, Jarvis’ charge was changed to murder.
The charge has also been updated on the Henderson County Jail website.
