The nonprofit organization will host a screening of “Audrey’s Children,” a film about Dr. Audrey Evans, the co-founder of the first Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia. The film highlights Evans’ journey as a woman in medicine and underscores the daily challenges faced by families served by Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Hollywood actress Natalie Dormer will play the lead role of Dr. Evans. Dormer has appeared in several popular movies and shows, including “Game of Thrones,” “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2,” “Captain America: The First Avenger,” and “White Lies.”
All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the Ronald McDonald House in Shreveport-Bossier. This event will take place on March 30, starting at 2:00 PM, at the Regal Louisiana Boardwalk Stadium 14 & IMAX. To purchase tickets for this event, click here.
