1912, you’re in a lifeboat, as the Titanic sinks

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — It’s a trip through the eyes of the people who were there.

The passengers on a state-of-the-art cruise ship.

It’s “TITANIC- An Immersive Experience.”

And WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood invites you to safely set sail.

This journey takes you back 40 years.

That’s when the Titanic wreck was discovered by Robert Ballard.

And that was 73 years after the Titanic hit an iceberg and sank back in 1912.

John Zaller is the man who put all this together and you can see it in New Orleans.

It’s at the Scottish Rite Temple at 619 Carondelet St., #621.
