Man dead, two others injured in bar shooting in West Philadelphia

A man is dead and two others are recovering in the hospital after a shooting occurred at a bar in West Philadelphia.

According to police, the shooting happened at 1:37 a.m. at the Deja Vu Bar & Grille on 100 North 53rd Street.

Police responded to a call of a “person with a gun/male shot on the highway” and located a 30-year-old male victim on the street with gunshot multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body.

He was transported to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 1:49 AM.

A 35-year-old female was shot in the right thigh. She was taken to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center in a private car where she is currently in stable condition.

The third victim is a 30-year-old- male who was shot in the abdomen, He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania–Cedar Campus by private vehicle where he is currently in stable condition.
