A low pressure system tracking to the northeast of Chicago is ushering in warmer air but will leave a cool down in its wake. Temperatures are expected to peak in the upper 50s and low 60s.
The system is also bringing increased cloudiness to the area that will bring the possibility for light rain and snow showers in the late evening or pre-dawn hours of Saturday.
High pressure takes control on Saturday, giving us some early sunshine and pleasant conditions, though it will be breezy and a little bit cooler in the wake of a cold front.
Another low pressure system out west will bring additional showers late Saturday into Sunday.
