Crews battling structure fire on Ridgeland Drive in Aiken County

NORTH AUGUSTA, SC (WJBF) – First responders are on the scene of a structure fire on Ridgeland Drive in North Augusta.

According to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, the fire was called in just before 3:30 p.m. and the Graniteville Fire department responded.

Seven additional agencies including North Augusta Public Safety and Belvedere Fire Department were called to assist.

The additional responding agencies are Beech Island, Center, Midland Valley, Sage Mill, and Langley.

At least one person was taken to the hospital with injuries.
