Frost possible this morning, warmer weather returning to Acadiana

Cold temperatures and patchy frost is possible this Friday morning. This could be the last time Acadiana starts in the 30s until October or November. The colder morning will be followed by a sunny and milder afternoon as highs near 70°. Winds should be much lighter too.

Warmer weather quickly returns this weekend as highs push into the upper 70s. Isolated showers and storms are possible on Sunday followed by scattered storms on Monday morning. A low risk for severe weather in Acadiana is being monitored for Monday too.
