“Be a Part of History”: Last chance to hear the Wanamaker Organ before Macy’s closes

As the popular Macy’s location in Center City is set to close on Sunday, there is one last chance to see and hear the beloved Wanamaker Organ before the building closes for the foreseeable future.

This Saturday, March 22nd from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. the Wanamaker Organ will be played every hour on the hour, for approximately 30 minutes.

Schedule of performances:

• 9 a.m.: The National Anthem- With Peter Richard Conte, John Wanamaker Grand Court Organist
• 10 a.m.: Aaron Patterson
• 11 a.m.: Mark Bani
• Noon: Jeremy Flood
• 1 p.m.: Luke Staisiunas
• 2 p.m.: Monte Maxwell
• 3 p.m.: Rudy Lucente
• 4 p.m.: Dylan David Shaw
• 5 p.m.: THE GRAND GALA CONCERT– Peter Richard Conte, accompanied by Andrew Ennis, Flugelhornist.

Admission is free, and parking is available in the Wanamaker Building underground garage.
