March is National Nutrition Month and parents know it can be difficult to get children to eat healthy. One solution for picky eaters might be to get your kids involved in the kitchen.

“We bring nutrition and culinary education to schools and community centers. We find that through peer interaction and food exposure and a little bit of nutrition education when kids know the importance of why somethings good for them they’re likely to eat it,” said Jamie Zwier, founder and lead instructor at Oh How Healthy.

Jamie along with her kid chefs Carmella, Maeve and Frankie demonstrated how to make rainbow fruit kebobs.

“In class we always highlight a different whole food of the day so it’s something that they really look forward to,” said Jamie.
