McCormick & Schmick’s restaurant at Bridgeport Village to close

PORTLAND, Ore. (BEAVERTON VALLEY TIMES) — The last in a trio of popular Portland-area steak and seafood restaurants is shuttering its doors.

The final day of service at McCormick & Schmick’s restaurant at Bridgeport Village, 17015 S.W. 72nd Ave. in Tigard, will be Saturday, March 22, a manager confirmed.

The closure will mark an end to the fabled restaurants, which first opened their doors in 1974.

A response to an email regarding the reason for the closure of the Bridgeport Village McCormick & Schmick’s was not immediately available from the restaurant’s parent company, Landry’s Inc., based in Houston.

That said, it looks like a last hurrah is planned for

the final restaurant in recognition of St. Patrick’s Day.
