Indy police ask for help finding missing 15-year-old

INDIANAPOLIS — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old last seen on the city’s northeast side.

According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Richard Williams was last seen in the 6000 block of Cape Charles Drive on Sunday. The 15-year-old is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs around 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Williams was last seen wearing blue jeans with tears, a gray jacket and white “Jordan” shoes.

Police ask anyone with information about his whereabouts to call 911, contact the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at (317) 327-6160 or call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-8477 or (TIPS).
