According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the 300 block of Erickson Road, in Hillcrest, for a welfare check.
Withrow was arrested at the scene on the aforementioned charge and transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held pending the outcome of a pretrial detention hearing.
