Severe weather leads to thousands without power in the Tri-State

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — As severe weather continues to impact the Tri-State, thousands of residents are left without power in the Tri-State.

CenterPoint reports over 300 outages and over 4,000 customers without power in Southwestern Indiana. Over 1,000 of the affected customers are from Evansville alone as of 9 a.m. Saturday morning.

Kenergy reports over 200 customers affected by power outages in Henderson and nearly 100 customers affected in Daviess County.

Owensboro Municipal Utilities reports over 100 customers without power in the city. According to its outage map, crews are already assessing many of these outages.
