With the potential for severe thunderstorms and wind gusts getting up to 50 mph, KTLO, Classic Hits and the Boot News reached out to National Weather Service (NWS) Meteorologist Dennis Cavanaugh to get the latest update on what to expect as we head into Friday night.
Cavanaugh says that the most recent models show the threats for severe weather, including tornados, has increased with the highest risk being in northeast Arkansas.
