Each team will consist of six players with participants divided into the following age groups:
“The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office is committed to fostering youth engagement and strengthening relationships between deputies and the communities they serve,” a press release stated. “Events like ‘Hip Hop to the Free Throw Line’ provide meaningful activities for local families while creating opportunities for positive interactions with law enforcement.”
The event will be held on Saturday, April 19 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Legion Hills Community Center, 1004 S Pardue St in Vivian, La.
