NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — With severe weather expected in our area on Saturday, March 15, WGNO’s Hank Allen has taken to the web to answer your questions about the incoming storm.
The questions being answered will be pulled from responses you provided in a Friday morning Facebook post on our page.
According to WGNO’s Carrigan Chauvin, the main round of weather will come in on Saturday, around lunch time. Expect a cold front to move toward the area by Saturday evening, causing storms to develop through the day ahead of the front.
The greatest threat in our area is expected north of Interstate 12.
Following the storm, however, it’s looking like a cool and sunny Sunday is on its way.
