Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office arrests multiple on various charges
LEESVILLE, La. (WNTZ) – Sheriff Sam Craft of the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office (VPSO) has announced several recent arrests.
March 12, 2025
Carlos Mauricio Rivera, 34, of North Richland Hills, Texas, was arrested on an out-of-jurisdiction bench warrant. Bond has not been set, and he remains in the VPSO jail.
Donald Lynn Stockemer Jr., 56, of Anacoco, was arrested on an out-of-jurisdiction bench warrant from Jasper, Texas. Bond has not been set, and Stockemer remains in the VPSO jail awaiting extradition to Jasper County.

Kirby J. Banks, 38, of Lafayette, was arrested and charged with one count of violation of a protective order. Bond has not been set, and Banks remains in the VPSO jail.
