Police Log, 3/13/2025

NORTHERN SCHUYLKILL – The following is a collection of police incidents reported by local law enforcement agencies in our region.

Open Lewdness

ASHLAND – An Ashland man is facing charges after state troopers say he exposed himself to a DoorDasher.

Kyle Finnefrock, 25, of Ashland, was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment.

According to State Police at Frackville, troopers were called to a home on Centre Street around 11pm Thursday.

Troopers said a 49-year-old Mount Carmel woman was completing a DoorDash delivery at Finnefrock’s residence when he exposed himself.

SHENANDOAH – A Shenandoah man is accused of trespassing and drug possession, according to state troopers.

State Police at Frackville said they were called to Paradise Cafe on North Main Street around 11:30am March 1.

There, Luis Feliciano Santiago, 27, was accused of trespassing. Troopers said he had drugs and related paraphernalia on him at the time as well.

Trespass, Vandalism

ROCKPORT – Charges are pending against a Weatherly man accused of driving through a cemetery in Carbon County.

According to State Police at Hazleton, the incident happened just before 8am Feb. 23 at a cemetery off North Church Road in Lehigh Township.

Troopers said a 63-year-old Weatherly man fell parked his car at the cemetery and fell asleep. When he awoke, troopers said, he drove his vehicle into the cemetery and became stuck on a tombstone.

He freed the vehicle from the tombstone, troopers said.

He was arrested, processed, and released.

Charges have not yet been filed.

Vehicle Accident

HAZLE TOWNSHIP – A school bus was involved in a crash near the Hazle Township Early Learning Center last week, state troopers said this week.

According to State Police at Hazleton, the crash happened around 3pm Wednesday.

Troopers said a school bus headed east on 23rd Street attempted to turn into the Hazle Township Early Learning Center and struck the rear of a Subaru headed west.

No injuries were reported and no citations were filed, troopers said.
