According to an arrest citation, on Feb. 19, Kentucky State Police was called to a West Liberty home and interviewed two minor girls and 56-year-old Timmy Keeton.
During the interviews, one of the minors, age 16, claimed she had been raped more than once and had been sexually abused multiple times by Keeton. The other female, age 13, told KSP that she had been sexually abused by Keeton as well.
After further interviews and investigation, KSP interviewed Keeton on Feb. 22, where he admitted to the allegations, including sexual intercourse and sexual abuse.
