Watch and discuss 5x Oscar winner “Anora” at the Robinson Film Center

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Robinson Film center is hosting a screening of the Academy Awards’ 2025 Best Picture winner “Anora” with a discussion led by RFC Education Director Rich Hansil.

“After scoring 5 Academy Awards including Best Picture, Best Actress, and Best Director, Sean Baker’s ‘Anora’ is coming back to RFC!” the event stated. “Join RFC’s Education Director Rich Hansil for a special screening followed by a discussion about about the film’s recent awards journey.”

The screening will be held on Wednesday, March 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Robinson Film Center, 617 Texas St in downtown Shreveport. Tickets can be purchased here, and more information can be found by visiting their website.
