Join Chef Niema DiGrazia for a curated event to celebrate the beginning of spring. This event marks the second installment of her monthly “Tastes of Culture,” where Chef Niema invites guests to explore a new culinary destination each month. This time, attendees will be transported to the French countryside.
Through her social media, Chef Niema’s showcases her diverse culinary background, drawing inspiration from places like Paris, France and her homeland Sierra Leone, West Africa. Over the years, she has established herself as a prominent chef, from working as the executive chief at Abby Singer’s Bistro in Shreveport to owning her own brick and motor establishment, “Niema’s Cookery Corner,” which features West African and Caribbean flavors.
Tickets for this event include a four-course meal and one handcrafted cocktail. They can be purchased online, in person, and over the phone, but they must be secured by 3:00 p.m. on March 19. The event will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. on March 20 in Robinson Film Center’s events space on the second floor.
