The shooting occurred on March 10 at 7:03 p.m. at the intersection of N. 42nd St. and Girard Ave.
Police say the suspect was caught on multiple surveillance cameras in the area.
The suspect is described as a man with a bald head, full beard, and 40-45 years old.
He was last seen operating a silver 2016-17 model Honda Civic with an unknown tag. According to police, there is body damage to both front quarter panels, a missing passenger side front hub cap, and a white vanity tag on the front bumper.
