The company announced Tuesday the new concept will start with two stores in Pennsylvania, one in Johnstown and the other in Milton, near Lewisburg. After that?
“We’re evaluating the potential for adding our new bar and lounge concept to new and existing locations, including in York,” the company said. “Stay tuned!”
The 21+ bar and lounge section will feature more than 20 65-inch high-definition televisions, touting that fans won’t miss any action for their favorite teams.
Canned cocktails, beer and wine will be sold as well as everything else you can find at other Rutter’s locations, including made-for-you food, the beer cave, and all your favorite convenience store items.
Rutter’s hasn’t released the exact locations, or when the new stores will be open, but both stores are set to be around 14,000 square feet — leaving plenty of room to enjoy your favorite game on TV and play the gaming machines.
Rutter’s currently has 89 stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia, adding to the great PA convenience store wars between Sheetz, Wawa and now Rutter’s.
