By rssfeeds-admin HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a death investigation after a Sunday night house fire.
According to the sheriff’s office, dispatch received a report of a house fire in the 100 block of Bishnor Road at approximately 11:15 p.m.
The caller reported that a victim was still inside the home.
Officials have identified the deceased as 19-year-old Kaitlynn Newton of Owensboro.
Authorities believe that a faulty outlet may have been the cause of the fire.
