
According to the Owensboro Police Department, officers responded to the 1700 block of Alexander Avenue where they say 20-year-old Max Bellamy “negligently” fired a gun in the home.
During the investigation, police say they found evidence of suspected drug activity and a search warrant of the home led to the discovery of over 5,000 fentanyl pills along with methamphetamine.
21-year-old Justin Bellamy and 20-year-old Blane Noffsinger were arrested in connection to the drug investigation.
The three suspects were charged with the following:
- 20-year-old Max Bellamy of Owensboro
- Discharging Weapon
- Two counts of trafficking a controlled substance
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- 21-year-old Justin Bellamy of Owensboro
- Trafficking Controlled Substance, 1st off (Fentanyl Derivatives)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- 20-year-old Blane Noffsinger of Owensboro
- Two counts of trafficking a controlled substance
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
